The Rise Kowanyama Arts and Culture program participants are currently in Cairns this week as the Cairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF) kicks off their virtual program.
It’s the Kowanyama participants’ first-time taking part in their first-ever Kowanyama collective exhibition.
The participants have been working very hard throughout this year developing works for CIAF as well as doing a mural for the retail store.

Cairns Indigenous Art Fair is on from the 10th of November to the 19th of November 2021
