Pormpuraaw Youth Summit & Careers Expo 2022

RISE was instrumental in organising the Pormpuraaw Youth Summit. The RISE team have been busy with the following:

  • Breakfast Bar at the RISE Office each morning
  • RISE boardroom used as a Hub for Toolbox meetings for Youth Summit Week
  • RISE Kitchen used for Holding of Food and Food Preparation.
  • Ongoing support through out the week for all Activity and Programs
  • RISE had a Stall with Promotional gear at the Youth Career’s Expo on Friday
  • Assisting and Supporting PPAC Men’s Group with Cup Murri Dinner.
  • An Ultimate Ears Boom 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker were donated as Prizes for the youth Summit.

The Youth Summit had many young people and families from the community attend. We were thrilled to see so many faces and community members.
