The Pfizer vaccine will be offered to everyone aged 16 years and over.

- Mon-Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm
You do not need to book. Walk ins are welcomed
At the TCHHS Vaccination Clinics. You can place a booking at your local PHCC.

Please bring:
• Photo identification and your Medicare card, if you have one.
• Information about any of your medical conditions and medications you are taking.
• Information about any other vaccine you’ve had in the past 14 days.
Make sure to pop in and get your vaccination and protect yourself against COVID.
