We believe in developing people, organisations and communities by providing supportive and professional services
RISE is a leading provider of employment, training, recruitment and post-employment services in Australia. RISE provides job seekers with a variety of Government Employment Programs.
We provide the CDP participants in remote Australia personalised assistance to help build their skills, get a job and to participate to their maximum capacity in their local community. Job seekers can undertake formal training, with the opportunity to gain qualifications, or foundational skills training, including language, literacy and numeracy as well as driver training, as part of their activity requirement.
RISE Ventures is a Great Place to Work
In October 2022 we conducted the first of our annual Great Place to Work surveys and were delighted to be #GPTWcertified by our staff.
The survey also allowed us to see areas where we could improve and has helped us develop a roadmap to increase employee satisfaction.
Thanks to everyone who participated, we are proud of the achievement.
Our Commitment to Reconciliation
At RISE we take great pride in servicing Indigenous communities around Australia including many remote regions in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Around 80% of our clients matched with approximately 80% of our staff, identify as Indigenous and we are passionate about providing high-quality training and employment services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, both clients and staff. We have a range of training and employment programs developed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people delivered by our very own Indigenous consultants and mentors who will work closely with our job seekers to find a job that’s right for them.
Indigenous Careers
RISE is an Equal Opportunity employer and we’re proud of our diverse workforce. We not only encourage, but actively seek applications from all sections of the community, especially Indigenous Australians.
We are committed to providing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with long-lasting employment, career development and training opportunities in supportive and culturally sensitive work environments. Our aim is to sustain the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees at greater than 10% of the total RISE workforce. We encourage and work with other employers to meet their corporate and community responsibilities to achieve the same.
CSR Corporate Social Responsibility
Our commitment to corporate responsibility at RISE is a simple one, and sits under the strategy adopted by the wider Angus Knight Group.
It is only by fully integrating corporate responsibility into the way we do business that we can sustainably enhance our brand equity and stakeholder value. For us corporate responsibility means conducting our business so that we meet our financial, social and environmental responsibilities in an aligned way. At its core, it’s about having a set of core values and behaviours that underpin our everyday activities:
Treatment of our people:
Attitudes to and treatment of clients:

Buy indigenous art and support our local artists
RISE Community Art provides an e-commerce marketplace for Indigenous artists in remote Australia to showcase and sell their Art.
Supporting artists not only supports the individuals but generates revenue back to the community and this is something RISE has always been proud to be a part of.
